New Hampshire resisting the United States Government.

The link above and quote are both respectively, from what I can tell, directly to and from the actual legislation.
Basically, what this says is that New Hampshire can legally disobey any ruling set forth by the United States Government, as set forth by the tenth and last amendment in the Bill of Rights. This means that only any prohibitions set forth by the amendments to the Constitution have any effect on New Hampshire. The bans on fire arms, drug usage, abortion, stem cell research, and yes, even torture, no longer apply to New Hampshire. Technically, any New Hampshire law enforcer could arrest federal agents if they try to apply laws that New Hampshire doesn’t accept. It will be interesting to see where this leads. This could result in other states following this example.
Onna, since you’ll be reading this, I recommend bringing it up in your Civics class to the middle-school students and in current events on Friday. Miss P could also bring this up in her Government and Economics class.

I’m interested in getting more information about this topic. I’d like to see this quote in context. Where did you find it?

It’s from the linked-to file of the quote which, from what I understand, is part of the actual document.
